Voicemail transcription for service providers follows a wholesale model with simple pricing structure. Voicemails are transcribed at a rate of 5¢ per message. We don’t charge per minute for the transcription, but to maintain competitive pricing for all, fair use policies apply. Wholesale Fair Use Policy: Average length of voicemail messages transcribed over the course of a month should be around 2 minutes in length, and definitely less than 4 minutes in length.
How It Works
Service providers direct all voicemail messages received to the vm2txt “MX Smarthost” server, where they are processed and delivered back to the end user.
Voicemail templates can be customized to feature your brand.
