Users can expect 70-90% accuracy in messages transcribed by this automated service. Factors including background noise and how quickly or loudly the speaker is talking will affect the accuracy of the transcription. With this level of accuracy, messages can easily be interpreted and acted upon without the need to listen to the actual voicemail.

Transcribed messages are processed and returned to the user within a matter of minutes following the message delivery. At this point in time, only English language transcriptions are available. French and Spanish options may be added in the future.

Users are entitled to an unlimited number of transcribed voicemail messages, subject to fair use policies.

How It Works

Users are provided a unique email address for voicemails requiring transcription to be forwarded to. These emails are processed and returned to the user within minutes. This email process is usually built into a PBX or Hosted system and therefore automated, you just change the delivery address to where your voicemails are sent.
