Users can expect 70-90% accuracy in messages transcribed by this automated service. Factors including background noise and how quickly or loudly the speaker is talking will affect the accuracy of the messages. With this level of accuracy, messages can easily be interpreted and acted upon without the need to listen to the actual voicemail.

Transcribed messages are processed and returned to the user within a matter of minutes following the message delivery. At this point in time, only English language transcriptions are available. French and Spanish options may be added in the future.

Users are entitled to an unlimited number of transcribed voicemail messages, subject to fair use policies.

How It Works

Transcribed voicemail messages are forwarded to each service user via email. Individual email addresses for this purpose are provided to each user by vm2txt, or alternatively, all voicemails from the PBX can be sent (domain-wide).

Each unique email address using the service is billed following a monthly cycle. Pricing follows a sliding scale model.
